At Burnt Whisker Forge, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.
Custom Orders: Because custom orders are made specifically for you, custom items cannot be returned or refunded. All sales on custom orders are final.
Returns for Non-Custom Items: For all non-custom items, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return.
The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition. The item must be unused and undamaged.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed minus a restocking fee. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Restocking Fee: All approved returns for non-custom items are subject to a restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error with the order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
